Rajni
Rajni as a entreprenuer has helped initiate several local startups running as successful businesses today. At Togo Designs she takes care of inter team coordination and finance affairs that help us stay sustainable.
Chanakkya
Chanks as an engineer stays on client side communication, marketing and sales. His exposure to the US and EU market is the primary driver of company's growth. In his free time he likes to spend time with kids and his dog .
Saubhagya
Saubhagya is the lead structural engineer at Togo Designs with significant experience of residential and commerical design engineering. He takes care of project scopeing, estimation and design execution. His diligent queries prior to project set up help set a clear direction for ontime design delivery.
Sumit
Sumit is the eCIFM Architect taking care of architectural drafting projects at Togo Designs. Skilled in AutoCAD, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Revit, Sketching, and Concept Art. He loves to hike and play cricket in his free time.
Anshul
As an overseas business consultant, Anshul is globe trotter and loves meeting new clients face to face. His geographies of interest have been Asia Pacific and the MENA region. His onsite presence helps us win client confidence with ease.
Ayush
Ayush is a data research trainee at Togo Designs. His area of interest include adaptation of company to new technologies like Datascience and AI.Our Expertise
We do structural design and drafting for wooden structures, namely light and heavy frame structures. For single and multifamily homes, our team designs excellent framing plans for floor, roof and wall framing plans.
Whether the roof assembly consist of trusses or rafters, our team does extremely accurate designs for both. Since roof framing requires special attention in high windzones
We also do analysis and design for load bearing beams using ASD technique keeping all the necessary parameters in check to maximise
Our design expertise in wood include wooden staircases, patios, pergolas design, footing for load bearing columns and retaining walls.
Codes References
For all US based projects our team references the IBC 2018, IRC 2018 building codes, ASCE 7-16, ACI-08, FEMA - 451, AISC 14th Ed
For existing structure upgrades we use International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2015 Edition and the National Fire Protection Association 2012 101 Code for fire protection.
We further select the specific as per the building classification code, from the Groups A, B, E, F, I, M, R and S. We also keep in the design purpose and the current occupancy in mind.
We also keep the ADA Act code in reference for people with disabilities, when we design different category structures depending on the use.
